The House on the Beach Built in 1973 in front of S.Andrea's beach in Quartu S.Elena at 10 km to the town of Cagliari, it offers a wonderful view on the clear and crystalline sea of the Gulf.

The house is surrounded by its own garden, develops itself on two floor: in the ground stairs there are kitchen and saloon, upstairs guest rooms.

Two double rooms appear trough the balcony on the sea, and one of them has private toilette.

The third, facing west, has the same view to the sea but trough the window.

To reach the maximum comfort everything inside had been rebuilt in 2005, equipping the house also with modern furnitures and air conditioning.

The quiet residential zone situated along the way to the famous town of Villasimius, is served by market, bus to Cagliari, restaurants - pizza, ice cream, discoteque, Capitana yachts harbour, sailing school, scuba diving, rental boats, riding-tracks, tours to the marine park of Capo Carbonara.

In half an hour is possible to reach the famous beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei and many more wonderful else.

So, in the House on the Beach, You can spend your time in a deep relax and in the same time sporting, cultural and amusing holidays.
